Synthesis of Water-Soluble Chitosan and Study of Water-Soluble Chitosan Nanospheres

Objective N-octyl-N '- (2-carboxycyclohexanecarbonyl) -chitosan derivative (OCCC) was successfully synthesized. The analysis of the chitosan by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and like used to verify whether synthesis successful. To construct characterize nanoparticles with bovine serum albumin as model drug. transmission electron microscopy (TEM), encapsulation efficiency, drug loading in vitro release constructed were investigated. Methods OCCC-BSA-NPs prepared ion cross-linking method, we investigate vitro. Results optimum conditions OCCC:TPP concentration = 10:1, ρ (TPP) 0.8mg / ml, Time 40min. Under these conditions, maximum efficiency 91.12% 4.11%, respectively. drug- loaded placed pH 7.4 PBS, rate reached about 80% at 10h, 90% 48h, which achieved effect sustained release.
